采鱼肉机用于各种淡水、海水鱼类、虾类去皮骨，取净肉的专用机械，适合广大鱼虾类制品专业厂、食品厂、鱼丸制作、渔船等单位使用。鱼肉采取机装有采肉桶和压榨肉用的橡胶带，利用滚动的采肉桶和转动的橡胶带的相互压榨运动将鱼挤入采肉桶内，而把鱼皮、鱼骨留在采肉桶外，由刮刀把他送出机外。
Fish picker is used for all kinds of fresh water, sea water fish, shrimp dermabrasion and meat removal machinery. It is suitable for many specialized fish and shrimp products factories, food factories, fish ball production, fishing boats and other units.
The fish machine is equipped with a meat barrel and a rubber belt for crushing meat. The fish is squeezed into the meat barrel by the mutual squeezing motion of rolling meat barrel and rotating rubber belt. The fish skin and bones are left outside the meat barrel and sent out by the scraper.
